• Covers filings from 2001 onward (SEC's full-text search index start date).
• Use quotes in the query for an exact phrase, e.g. "climate change".
• Form types can be comma-separated, e.g. 10-K,10-Q,8-K. Leave blank to search all forms.
• Data is a work of the US federal government and is in the public domain.

How far back does the search go?

SEC's full-text search covers filings since 2001. For older paper-era filings, use EDGAR's company browse pages instead.
