Otodom Scraper (otodom.pl) – Polish property listings export

Paste one or more Otodom search links and get back one row per property listing: price, price per square metre, area, number of rooms, district, agency name and the listing link. It works for flats, houses and plots, for sale or for rent, anywhere in Poland.

You set your filters on otodom.pl as usual (city, price range, rooms, market type), copy the address from your browser and paste it in. The tool reads the same public result pages you see and turns them into a clean table.

Schedule it daily from Schedules and compare the id field between runs to spot new listings and price changes.

Why this one

• Uses your own Otodom filters. Any search you can build on otodom.pl works, so you never fight a limited form.
• Fields you can filter on. Price, price per m², area, rooms, district and agency come as separate columns, not one blob of text.
• Stable ids. Every row carries Otodom's own listing id, so tracking listings over time is simple.
• Bounded runs. You cap listings and pages, so a run never costs more than you planned.
• No login needed. It only reads public search pages, with no account or cookies.
• Cheap and fair. $1.90 per 1,000 results, and runs with no results cost nothing.

This returns up to 5 flats for sale in Warsaw. In a test run on 6 Nov 2026 it returned 5 listings.

How to use it

1. Click Try for free.
2. In Search URLs, paste one or more Otodom result page links, for example a search for rentals in Kraków.
3. Set Max listings, for example 200, to cap the total rows across all searches (1 to 1000).
4. Set Max pages per search to limit how deep each search goes (1 to 20, default 3).
5. Click Start.

Tip: save the run as a task and put it on a daily schedule to watch a market.

Good to know

• Limits. Up to 1,000 listings per run and 20 pages per search URL.
• Where the data comes from. Public otodom.pl search pages.
• What is not included. Full descriptions, photos and phone numbers are not collected.
• Freshness. Data is what Otodom shows at run time. Prices are asking prices, not sale prices.
• Empty fields. Some fields, such as city and province, can be empty on some rows.
• Not affiliated. This tool isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Otodom or OLX Group.

FAQ

Can I scrape rentals? Yes. Use a search URL with wynajem instead of sprzedaz.

Why did I get fewer rows than I asked for? Your search had fewer results, or you hit Max pages per search.

Does it open each listing? No. It reads search pages only, which keeps runs fast.

Getting the data out

Download results as Excel, CSV or JSON from the Output tab. Send them to Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier, Make or webhooks from the Integrations tab. Every run is available through the Apify API, and you can run it on a timetable from Schedules.
