On a flat comment row, how deep in the thread it sits. Zero is a reply to the post itself.

On a post row, that post's comment thread, flattened with a depth on each row, when Include comments is on. On a user row, that account's own comment history. Null when comments were not asked for, and null on the rare post whose thread could not be read.
