Airbnb Scraper - Listings, Prices & Ratings

Scrapes Airbnb search results for a given location. Returns one record per listing with the listing name, nightly rate, total price for the stay, currency, rating, review count, property and room type, bedrooms, beds and bathrooms (when shown), approximate coordinates, photos, badges and the listing URL. Supports check-in/check-out dates and currency selection. Results are read from the data embedded in Airbnb's public search pages (about 18 listings per page, up to about 270 per search).

• totalPrice is the price shown on the search card for the whole stay (checkIn to checkOut, nights nights). originalTotalPrice is set when a discount is shown.
• pricePerNight is the nightly rate from Airbnb's price breakdown (before discounts and fees); if no breakdown is available it is totalPrice / nights.
• Without input dates, Airbnb quotes each listing for dates it picks itself (often a 5-night stay); these dates are returned in checkIn / checkOut for every record.

Pricing

Pay-per-event, no start fee: $2.80 per 1,000 listings on the Apify Free plan, with lower prices on paid plans. Each listing pushed to the dataset is one event.

Limitations

• Only data shown on search result cards is returned: host name, guest capacity and the full amenity list are not available in search results.
• bedrooms, beds and bathrooms are only filled when Airbnb shows them on the card (not for hotels and not for every listing).
• roomType is derived from the card title ("Room in ..." = private room, "Hotel in ..." = hotel room, other types = entire place).
• Depending on the visitor's region, Airbnb shows the total either before or including taxes and fees.
• Airbnb returns at most about 15 pages (about 270 listings) per search; narrow the location to get more distinct results.
• Coordinates are approximate (Airbnb obfuscates exact addresses). Prices and availability are point-in-time.
