Every tender the Israel Land Authority has published since 2004, as structured data: where the land is, what it may be built for, how many housing units it carries, the reserve price and deposit, every deadline, and who won the lot and how much they paid.
The Land Authority sells most of the country's development land. This is the record of that market.

Input
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
settlements | City names in Hebrew, e.g. ["באר שבע", "מודיעין"]. An unrecognised name fails the run instead of quietly returning the whole country. |
regions | Jerusalem, North, Haifa, Center, Tel Aviv, South, Judea & Samaria. |
landUse | Residential, commercial, industry, hotels, energy, agriculture and more. |
tenderTypes | Regular public tender, buyer price, target price, rental housing, lottery and others. |
statuses, openForBidsOnly | Filter by stage, or shortcut to tenders you can still bid on today. |
publishedFrom / publishedTo | Date range. |
minHousingUnits | e.g. 200, to find only large residential tenders. |
enrichDetails | On by default. Adds prices, lots and winners. Turn off for a fast list. |
outputMode | One row per tender (default), or one row per lot, which is easier for analysing winning bids in a spreadsheet. |
maxItems | Optional cost cap. Blank returns everything that matches. |
Example: land you can still bid on
{ "openForBidsOnly": true }
Example: every winning bid in the south, as a flat table
{ "regions": ["south"], "outputMode": "lot", "publishedFrom": "2024-01-01" }
How it works
The whole tender list arrives in a single request, then your filters are applied. With enrichDetails on, each matching tender gets one more request for its prices, lots and winners. Rows are pushed as they are produced, so a stopped run keeps everything already collected.
Limits, stated honestly
- Documents are listed, not linked. Each tender's files (the tender booklet, lease contract and appendices) are returned with their name, type, size and update date, but the Authority does not expose public download links, so we do not invent them.
- Winners appear once the Authority publishes them. Tenders still open or awaiting a committee decision have no winner yet. Lots that drew no bids are flagged with
noBidsReceivedrather than given a fake winner name. - Some winners have no published amount, typically fixed-price and lottery tenders. The winner is returned, the amount is null.
- Older tenders carry no publication date. For those the date filters use the bidding-open date, which is returned as
publishedOrOpenedAt. - Text is returned in Hebrew exactly as the Authority publishes it, with English added for region and status.
Use cases
- Land acquisition: monitor open tenders in your regions and land uses, with deadlines and deposits.
- Market pricing: analyse winning bids per lot against area, units and development costs to see what developers really pay.
- Competitor tracking: see which companies are winning land, where, and at what price.
- Feasibility: combine
planNumberswith our Israel Zoning Plans Actor to get the zoning behind each lot.
