How it works

Redfin server-renders its sold search pages with the full result set embedded in the page. The actor reads the sold area from the Redfin URL you paste (or resolves a ZIP), applies the sold time window, and extracts every sold home — up to ~350 per search area. Everything runs through a US residential proxy so Redfin answers normally.

Limits

  • Sold homes only. For active for-sale listings, use the companion Redfin Scraper - US Real Estate Listings actor.
  • Each search area returns up to ~350 sold homes. For very large metros, target multiple ZIP codes or narrow the time window.
  • US only.

Pricing

Pay per result. You only pay for the sold homes you actually get.
