Get the real sold price, sold date, full address, ZIP, beds, baths, square footage, price per square foot, lot size, year built, property type and map coordinates for every sale. Choose a time window from last week to the last 5 years.
Built for comparables (comps), CMAs, valuation models and investment analysis. No login, no API key — paste a Redfin URL or type a ZIP and run.
What you can do with it
- Build a comps set for any address, ZIP or neighborhood
- Feed a valuation / AVM model with real recent sale prices
- Track sold prices and price-per-sqft trends over time
- Analyze an investment market (median sale price, days on market, $/sqft)
- Power a real-estate dashboard or CMA tool
Input
| Field | What it does | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Redfin search URLs | Paste a Redfin city, county or neighborhood URL. Go to redfin.com, search your area, copy the address-bar URL. | https://www.redfin.com/city/30818/TX/Austin |
| ZIP codes | Or just type 5-digit ZIP codes — no URL needed. | 78704, 33139 |
| Sold within | Time window: last week, 1 / 3 / 6 months, or 1 / 2 / 3 / 5 years. | Last 3 months |
| Max results | Optional cap. Leave blank to pull everything (Redfin returns up to ~350 per area). | 500 |
| Proxy | US residential by default (Redfin only answers US IPs). Leave as-is. | — |
You can mix URLs and ZIP codes in one run.
Output
One row per sold home. Example:
{"propertyId": "170123456","mlsId": "1234567","url": "https://www.redfin.com/FL/Miami-Beach/1300-Pennsylvania-Ave-33139/unit-109/home/170123456","soldDate": "2026-04-14","soldPrice": 210000,"streetAddress": "1300 Pennsylvania Ave","unitNumber": "109","city": "Miami Beach","state": "FL","zip": "33139","latitude": 25.7876,"longitude": -80.1401,"beds": 1,"baths": 1,"sqFt": 720,"pricePerSqFt": 292,"lotSize": null,"yearBuilt": 1936,"stories": null,"hoaFee": 450,"propertyType": "Condo/Co-op","daysOnMarket": 34,"scrapedAt": "2026-07-06T15:29:00.205Z"}
Typical fill rates: URL, sold price, sold date, address, city, state, ZIP and coordinates at ~100%; beds, baths, square footage, price/sqft and year built at ~99%.
How it works
Redfin server-renders its sold search pages with the full result set embedded in the page. The actor reads the sold area from the Redfin URL you paste (or resolves a ZIP), applies the sold time window, and extracts every sold home — up to ~350 per search area. Everything runs through a US residential proxy so Redfin answers normally.
Limits
- Sold homes only. For active for-sale listings, use the companion Redfin Scraper - US Real Estate Listings actor.
- Each search area returns up to ~350 sold homes. For very large metros, target multiple ZIP codes or narrow the time window.
- US only.
Pricing
Pay per result. You only pay for the sold homes you actually get.
