- Every run now ends with a status message built by a pure function from
explicit counters. A portal that refused every search, a portal that answered
with an empty results page, a keyword filter that kept nothing and a monitor
run with nothing new are now four different messages instead of one: "none of
them passed the keyword filter" is reachable only after rows the run actually
read. A first monitor run says it seeded the baseline. Searches that failed
while others answered, days the portal capped for too many hits, and notices
the dataset refused are each counted and named, so a short window is never
silently short.
- README: the pricing table now carries the real numbers — $0.005 per notice
found ($5 per 1,000), $0.002 per full notice text, $0.03 per digest sent,
$0.005 per run start, with the Bronze/Silver/Gold discounts spelled out. It
previously described the four events in prose without a single price.
German insolvency monitor built on neu.insolvenzbekanntmachungen.de, the official
portal the German insolvency courts publish to. Covers proceedings opened,
preliminary protective measures, petitions dismissed for lack of assets,
decisions during and after a proceeding, discharge of residual debt, distribution
schedules, supervised insolvency plans and other notices.
Every notice comes back with the debtor, the seat, the court, the Aktenzeichen
and the commercial register entry split into court, type and number, so it joins
straight to your own company data. Turn on the full notice text and the actor
also returns the appointed Insolvenzverwalter with their office address, the
court's decision date and the § 174 InsO deadline for filing claims.
Includes a company and name watchlist that matches umlauts and their
transcriptions alike, a look-back window of up to 30 days, a filter by federal
state, and a monitor mode that reports only notices that are new since the last
run, with an optional Slack digest.
