Export every care home, home care agency, GP practice, dentist, clinic, and hospital regulated by the Care Quality Commission in England, about 56,000 active locations, with their CQC ratings, care home bed numbers, services, specialisms, provider details, and coordinates. Built for care-sector suppliers and recruiters, healthcare market analysts, investors screening care groups, placement and comparison services, and AI agents that need reliable CQC facts.

What you get

For every location: CQC location ID, name, care home flag and bed count, sector and inspection category, latest overall rating with publication date, phone, website, full address, latitude and longitude, region, local authority, constituency and ICB, regulated activities, service types, service user bands (Dementia, Older People, Children, Mental Health, ...), brand, and a link to the CQC page. Provider details include the CQC provider ID, name, ownership type, Companies House number, charity number, phone, website, and address. With Add key question ratings on (default), each record also carries the latest Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led ratings.

Filters

• Care homes only and Minimum care home beds.
• Overall ratings: Outstanding, Good, Requires improvement, Inadequate, Not rated.
• Sectors, Service types, Service user bands.
• Regions, Local authorities, Postcode prefixes.
• Name contains, Provider or brand contains, CQC location IDs.
• Include dormant locations (off by default).

Pricing

Pay per event: one location event per record saved. Downloading and scanning the data costs you nothing. Set a maximum total charge and the Actor stops cleanly when it is reached. A full export of every active location runs in about two minutes.

Data, licence, and privacy

Data comes from the data sheets CQC publishes each month, under the Open Government Licence v3.0. CQC asks re-users to acknowledge it as the source: "Contains CQC information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0". Each run reads the latest files.

The Actor never outputs personal names: registered managers, nominated individuals, and main partners are left out. Where the provider is an individual (for example a single-handed dentist), the provider's name, phone, and address are left out and only the service's own details are kept. The data has no email addresses.
