From The Mine Works, makers of Threads Scraper and B2B Leads Finder, with over 245,000 runs across 280+ public actors.
Last verified 29 Oct 2026: a live test run on Apify returned 40 events in 10 seconds.
Why choose this actor?
- The organizer and the ticket price on every row, at one price. Each event comes with the organizer's name, Eventbrite page, website and follower count, and the lowest and highest ticket price with currency, sold out flag and sales status. Our proof run returned 400 networking events from San Francisco, New York, London and Toronto in 32 seconds, with the follower count on 98% of rows and the price range on 99%. No Eventbrite account, no API key, no extra charge for organizer data.
- Past the 1,000 event wall. Eventbrite shows at most 1,000 events for one search. When a search has more and you ask for more, the actor splits it into date windows on its own and keeps going, so a whole city's calendar fits in one run. In our test London, with more than 10,000 upcoming events, gave 1,500 unique events in 142 seconds, read in 12 date windows.
- You pay only for events you receive. One charge per event saved to your dataset, plus a flat start fee per run. An event found by two searches is delivered once, places and links that do not exist cost nothing, and on a schedule you can switch on "only events not delivered before".

Try it in one minute
Paste this input and press Start. It returns 20 upcoming startup events in San Francisco, each with the organizer, venue, coordinates and ticket prices, in about 15 seconds:
{"locations": ["San Francisco"],"searchTerms": ["startup"],"maxEventsPerSearch": 20}
You can tell the actor what to read in several plain forms, and mix them in one run:
- Locations: a city as you would type it (
Austin,London), with the country or US state when the name is shared (London, Canada,Portland, OR), an Eventbrite place slug (ca--san-francisco,united-kingdom--london), oronlinefor online events. - Keywords: plain text the way you would type it in Eventbrite's search box (
startup,marketing,AI). Leave them out to list every event in each location. - Eventbrite links: search pages (
https://www.eventbrite.com/d/ca--san-francisco/business--events/), event pages (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/...-tickets-1998391252030) and organizer pages (https://www.eventbrite.com/o/...-75843774913), on any Eventbrite country site.
Apify's free plan includes $5 of credit every month, which covers about 1,600 results at this actor's price.

Key features
- About 55 fields per event, about 70 with the event page: title, summary, link, start and end in local time with offset and in UTC, time zone, online flag, venue name, full address, street, city, region, postal code, country, latitude and longitude, organizer id, name, page, website, follower count and listed social pages, lowest and highest ticket price, currency, free, sold out, tickets available, sales status and sales end, category, subcategory, format, tags, image, language, series and publish date.
- Filters that match Eventbrite's own: 21 categories, 19 event formats (Conference, Seminar or Talk, Tradeshow or Expo, Meeting or Networking Event and more), today, tomorrow, this weekend, this week, next week, this month, next month or your own dates, and free or paid. Categories and formats combine the way the site does: any of the categories, and any of the formats.
- Up to 10,000 events per search. Eventbrite lists 50 events a page and serves 1,000 for one search; with Any upcoming date or Custom dates the actor splits a bigger search into date windows by itself.
- The full event page on request, same price: description as text and HTML, agenda (title and times of each slot), FAQs, refund policy, age limit, door time, duration, parking note, and the organizer's total events and total attendees on Eventbrite. In our details run all 51 event pages were read; 35% had an agenda, 33% FAQs and every one a refund policy.
- Organizer pages too: paste an organizer link and get that organizer's upcoming events with the same filters.
- No browser, no login: plain requests to the same data Eventbrite's own pages load, over Apify's datacenter proxy, which the run includes. Attendee lists are never read.
How to use it
Basic: every event in one city
{"locations": ["Austin, TX"],"maxEventsPerSearch": 200}
You get 200 upcoming events in Austin in Eventbrite's own order, each with position 1 to 200, the organizer, venue and prices. Eventbrite's place is its own area: a big city search includes events in nearby towns, as on the site, and venue_city tells them apart.
Several cities and keywords at once
{"locations": ["San Francisco", "New York", "London", "Toronto"],"searchTerms": ["networking", "startup"],"maxEventsPerSearch": 300}
Every location runs with every keyword: here that is 8 searches, each with its own cap of 300. Every row says which search found it (search_input, search_place, search_keyword). An event that two searches find is delivered and charged once, under the first.
Sponsorship prospecting: conferences and expos in your target cities
{"locations": ["New York", "Chicago", "Austin, TX", "London"],"categories": ["business", "science-and-tech"],"formats": ["conferences", "expos"],"dateFilter": "custom","startDate": "2027-01-01","endDate": "2027-06-30","includeDetails": true,"maxEventsPerSearch": 500}
Every business and tech conference and trade show in the first half of 2027, with the agenda, the organizer's website, how many events the organizer has run and how many attendees they have had on Eventbrite. Sort by organizer_total_attendees or price_max to find the events a sponsor pays to be at, and use organizer_website to reach the team behind them.
Weekly feed of new events in a city
{"locations": ["London"],"categories": ["business"],"dateFilter": "next_month","onlyNewEvents": true,"maxEventsPerSearch": 1000}
Schedule it weekly (Console: Schedules, Add schedule). With onlyNewEvents each run returns, and charges for, only events no earlier run of yours delivered, so a newsletter, a Slack channel or a CRM gets just what was published since last week.
Everything one organizer has coming up
{"startUrls": ["https://www.eventbrite.com/o/fun-events-75843774913","https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/o/climate-connection-38920367733"],"maxEventsPerSearch": 200}
Each organizer link returns that organizer's upcoming events, with the filters above if you set any. Handy for competitor watch and for checking how busy a prospect's calendar is.
Free events this weekend, from a search link
{"startUrls": ["https://www.eventbrite.com/d/ny--new-york/free--science-and-tech--events--this-weekend/"],"maxEventsPerSearch": 100}
Copy a search from your browser: the place, keyword, category, format, price and date written in the link are applied. In our test this link returned only free Science & Technology events in New York for that weekend.
Full details for a list of events
{"startUrls": ["https://www.eventbrite.com/e/tech-networking-event-in-san-francisco-tickets-1998391252030","https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/uk-biobank-scientific-conference-2026-tickets-1995674437966"],"includeDetails": true}
One row per event link, with the full description, agenda, FAQs and refund policy. When Eventbrite's event cards do not return an event, the actor reads its event page instead; links to removed events are reported as not found and cost nothing.
Input parameters
| Parameter | Type | Default | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
locations | array of strings | none (prefilled with San Francisco and London) | City text, Eventbrite place slugs, or online. When locations, keywords and links are all left out, the run searches tech in San Francisco as an example. |
searchTerms | array of strings | none (prefilled with tech) | Keywords. Each runs in each location; without a location they are searched in online events. |
startUrls | array of strings | empty | Eventbrite search (/d/), event (/e/) and organizer (/o/) links, on any Eventbrite country site. |
categories | array of strings | empty | Eventbrite categories: business, science-and-tech, music, film-and-media, arts, fashion, health, sports-and-fitness, travel-and-outdoor, food-and-drink, charity-and-causes, government, community, spirituality, family-and-education, holiday, home-and-lifestyle, auto-boat-and-air, hobbies, school-activities, other. |
formats | array of strings | empty | Event formats: conferences, seminars, expos, conventions, festivals, performances, screenings, galas, classes, networking, parties, rallies, tournaments, games, races, tours, attractions, retreats, appearances. |
dateFilter | string | any | any, today, tomorrow, this_weekend, this_week, next_week, this_month, next_month or custom. |
startDate | string | none | First day for custom, YYYY-MM-DD. A start or end date on its own also switches to custom. |
endDate | string | none | Last day for custom, YYYY-MM-DD. Empty means one year after the start. |
price | string | any | any, free or paid. |
maxEventsPerSearch | integer | 100 | Events per location and keyword pair, search link or organizer link, 20 to 10,000. |
includeDetails | boolean | false | Adds the event page fields to every row, at the same price per event. |
onlyNewEvents | boolean | false | Skip, and do not charge for, events an earlier run of yours delivered. |
The filters apply to every location, keyword and organizer link in the run; a search link keeps the filters written in it.
What data do you get?
One row per event ("record_type": "event"). A field with no value is left out of that row rather than sent empty.

Pricing
Pay per event: you pay for each event delivered to your dataset, plus a flat $0.005 per run, whatever memory you choose. Prices by Apify plan:
| Event | Free plan | Bronze (Starter) | Silver (Scale) | Gold and above (Business) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Event delivered (event-scraped), per 1,000 | $2.99 | $2.49 | $1.99 | $1.49 |
Run start (run-start), once per run | $0.005 | $0.005 | $0.005 | $0.005 |
The organizer fields and the event page details come at the same price per event; there is no separate organizer or details fee. Details make the run slower (one event page per event), not dearer.
What is never charged:
- Places Eventbrite does not know, searches with no events, event links that are gone.
- Requests Eventbrite refused, even after retries.
- The same event found by two searches or two date windows: the second copy is skipped.
- Events an earlier run already delivered, when Only events not delivered before is on.
- The information row at the end of the dataset (it has
"_type": "info").
Proxy traffic goes through Apify's datacenter proxy, which is included in the price; there is no separate proxy fee.
FAQ
What does this actor read? Public Eventbrite events, logged out, the way any visitor sees them: search results for a place, organizer pages and event pages. It asks Eventbrite for the same data its own pages load. It does not use an Eventbrite account, an API key or your cookies.
How many events can I get?
Up to 10,000 per search. Eventbrite itself serves 1,000 events for one search (20 pages of 50). With When set to Any upcoming date or Custom, the actor splits a bigger search into date windows, halving any window that still holds more than 1,000, and reads each one. A single day can still hold more than 1,000 events in a very large metro area; those days are listed in the run summary (capped_days). With the other date choices (this weekend, next month and so on) a search stops at 1,000.
Why are there events from nearby towns?
Eventbrite's place for a big city covers its area, the same as on the site: London includes events in towns around it. Use venue_city or the coordinates to narrow it down, or search a smaller place.
How do I pick the right city when the name is shared?
London alone is the London with the most events on Eventbrite (London, United Kingdom). Add the country or US state for the others: London, Canada, London, OH, Portland, OR. The place each search used is in every row as search_place. You can also paste the place slug from an Eventbrite link, such as ca--san-francisco.
What do price_min and price_max mean?
The lowest and highest ticket price Eventbrite shows for the event, in currency. An event with a free ticket next to paid ones has price_min: 0 and is_free: false; is_free: true means every ticket is free. Fees and taxes follow the organizer's settings on the event page.
Does it collect attendee details? No. It never reads attendee lists. Organizer fields are what the organizer publishes on Eventbrite: name, page, follower count, website and social pages. The attendee total in the details is Eventbrite's own public count for the organizer.
How fresh is the data?
Live. Each run asks Eventbrite at that moment, so prices, sold out flags and sales status are as shown when the row was read (scraped_at).
Do I need an Eventbrite account, cookies or a proxy of my own? No. Nothing to log in to and nothing to set up. The actor uses Apify's datacenter proxy, which the run includes; in our proof run all 16 requests were answered.
What happens with a wrong place, a deleted event or a bad link?
It gets status not_found in the run summary (the OUTPUT record) and costs nothing; the rest of the run goes on as normal.
Can I run it on a schedule and get only new events?
Yes. Turn on onlyNewEvents and add a schedule in Console (Schedules, Add schedule, daily or weekly). Each run delivers and charges only events no earlier run in your account delivered.
What formats can I export?
JSON, CSV, Excel, XML, RSS and HTML from the dataset tab, or through the API. In CSV and Excel, lists and nested fields such as tags and agenda are spread over numbered columns (agenda/0/title).
I need the organizer's email or phone.
Eventbrite does not publish them. Many organizers list a website (organizer_website): our Website Contact Finder reads the business email and phone a site publishes, and LinkedIn Company Details adds company facts.
Can I use it from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor (MCP)? Yes, through Apify's MCP server.
- Connector URL: https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=themineworks/eventbrite-events-scraper
- Claude: Settings > Connectors > Add custom connector, paste the URL, sign in with Apify.
- ChatGPT: developer mode, add an MCP connector with the URL, sign in with Apify.
- Cursor or VS Code: add it as an HTTP MCP server with that URL.
- Claude Code:
claude mcp add -t http eventbrite-events-scraper "https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=themineworks/eventbrite-events-scraper"
Is it legal to scrape Eventbrite? The actor reads only public pages and returns what any visitor can see, and it leaves attendee lists out. You are responsible for how you use the data, including Eventbrite's terms and data protection law such as GDPR and CCPA.
Integrations
- Google Sheets: add the Google Sheets integration to the actor or a schedule, and new events land in a sheet after each run.
- Make, Zapier and n8n: use the Apify app to start a run and read the dataset, for example to add new conferences in your cities to a CRM.
- Webhooks: call your own endpoint when a run finishes.
- API: start runs and read results from any language; the Python and JavaScript clients are a few lines each.
- MCP clients: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code and Claude Code, as in the FAQ above.
