retrieved_at	String	UTC date and time when this record was collected, in ISO 8601 format.

Is it legal to collect public information?

How many records will a run return?

One record per unique hashtag. If a name and an ID point to the same hashtag, the Actor saves it once. Hashtags that TikTok cannot find return no record.
