App Store & Google Play Keyword Rank Tracker — Multi-Country
A ranking only exists per country. "We rank #4 for todo list" is not a fact until you say where. This Actor checks your app's position for your keywords in every storefront you care about, on both stores, in one run — and returns one tidy row per keyword × country × store.
Why multi-country is the whole point (measured, not claimed)
Same app, same keyword, same minute — Todoist on "todo list":
| Country | App Store rank | Google Play rank |
|---|---|---|
| 🇺🇸 US | 3 | 4 |
| 🇫🇷 FR | 2 | 5 |
| 🇩🇪 DE | 4 | 4 |
| 🇯🇵 JP | 1 | 3 |
| 🇧🇷 BR | 1 | 4 |
A single-country tracker would have told you "#3" and hidden the fact that you already own Japan and Brazil — or, on a worse day, that you dropped out of the top 20 in your biggest market.
What you get
- Keyword rank per country, per store, with
results_scannedso you can tell "not in the top 200" from "the storefront returned nothing". - National top charts (Apple Top Free and Top Paid, any country, up to 200 entries) when
you switch
includeChartson — useful for spotting who moved into your category. - One row per measurement, with a UTC timestamp: run it daily and you have a rank history.
Honest limits (so you don't discover them yourself)
- Apple search returns at most 200 results. Below that,
rankisnullandfoundisfalse— we don't fake a position. - Google Play serves 17–30 results per keyword page depending on the country. It is a top-30 tracker on Play, not a top-100 one. Going deeper would require a headless browser, which would make the Actor slower, costlier and fragile.
- Apple has no open top-grossing feed and no per-genre chart (both return 404). Only Top Free and Top Paid exist.
- Play charts are not covered: there is no open endpoint for them.
Sources
Official and public endpoints only — Apple's iTunes Search and Lookup APIs, Apple's marketing RSS feeds, and Google Play's public search page. No anti-bot circumvention, no residential proxies. That is a deliberate design choice: an Actor built on hostile targets breaks the week its target changes. This one doesn't have that failure mode.

Pricing is per result row, so a run costs exactly what you asked for: keywords × countries × stores.
