What does SmartRecruiters Jobs Scraper do?
SmartRecruiters runs the career pages of large employers such as Bosch, Delivery Hero, Ubisoft, Visa partners and thousands of mid-sized companies. This Actor reads those pages directly, live, and returns one clean row per job.
- title, department, team, all locations, city, country and ISO country code
- salary range (min, max, currency, period)
- workplace type: remote, hybrid or on-site
- employment type, seniority, publish date, language, job URL and apply URL
- the full job description as plain text
No proxies and no browser: the Actor uses the public job feed of SmartRecruiters, so runs are fast, cheap and reliable.
Why use this SmartRecruiters scraper?
- Live, not a database snapshot: jobs come straight from SmartRecruiters at run time. No delay, no expired postings.
- Your own company list: paste as many companies as you like, one run returns all their jobs in one table.
- Clean, filterable data: salaries as numbers, remote/hybrid/on-site, ISO country codes and seniority, ready for a spreadsheet, a job board or a CRM.
- New and closed jobs: with Only new jobs since the last run, a daily schedule delivers just the new jobs and flags jobs that were closed. You only pay for new jobs.
- Hiring signals for sales: the summary shows open jobs, top departments, countries, remote share and salary share per company. A company that hires is a company that buys.
- Fast for big employers: title keywords are sent to the SmartRecruiters search, so the Actor only loads the jobs you want. Bosch has more than 5,000 open jobs; searching for "sales" loads a few hundred.
How to scrape SmartRecruiters jobs
- Click Try for free.
- Paste SmartRecruiters company names or career page URLs into Companies, one per line.
- Optional: set filters, e.g. title contains
sales, locationDE, workplaceremote, only jobs with salary. - Click Start.
- Open the Jobs table, or download everything as JSON, CSV or Excel.
Where do I find the company name? Open any job of the company on SmartRecruiters. In https://jobs.smartrecruiters.com/BoschGroup/7439… the company identifier is BoschGroup (upper and lower case as shown).
Only have the company website, not the SmartRecruiters address? Use Career Page Jobs Scraper by the same author: it finds the job board behind any company domain automatically and supports Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Personio and Recruitee.
To monitor companies, enable Only new jobs since the last run and create a Schedule (e.g. daily). Connect it to Slack, Google Sheets or your CRM via Integrations.
How much does it cost?
This Actor uses pay per event: a fixed price per job delivered after your filters, and platform usage is included. The current price is shown in the Pricing tab. Unknown companies, empty job boards, closed-job rows and errors are free. If the details of a job can't be loaded even after retries, the job is delivered free with detailsMissing: true (no description or salary). With monitoring you pay only for new jobs. Set a maximum cost per run and the Actor stops exactly at that limit.

FAQ
How is the salary detected?
SmartRecruiters has no public salary field. The Actor finds salary ranges in the description (US pay transparency ranges, "£45,000 to £55,000", "60.000 € brutto"), so keep Include job description on if you need salaries. Salaries from the text have source: "text". Ranges that are clearly not salaries, like revenue or headcount, are ignored.
How is remote work detected?
SmartRecruiters marks remote and hybrid jobs, the Actor uses that field.
Why does a company show "No open jobs on this board"?
SmartRecruiters answers an unknown company identifier with an empty job list, not with an error. Check the spelling: the identifier is case sensitive in some cases, copy it from a job URL. These rows are free.
Is scraping SmartRecruiters job pages legal?
The Actor only reads public job postings that companies publish to attract applicants, through the public job feed of SmartRecruiters. Job postings contain no personal data apart from occasional recruiter names in the description.
