How it works
Seeff (PropData CMS) publishes a plain-text sitemap.txt per category listing every detail-page URL. This actor reads the requested category sitemaps, then fetches each listing page and extracts the data from its embedded analytics object (price, property_type, floor_size, land_size, currency), og: meta tags (title → bedrooms, image) and the URL path (sector, city, suburb, id). Public listing pages only; respects robots.txt (/results/*/ is allowed).
