Pulls the official recall reports for your date range.
Normalizes them to one schema.
Checks each recall against your watchlist (brands, companies, products) and codes (UPC, NDC, lot or model numbers); hits appear in matches.
In monitoring mode, only recalls you haven't seen before are returned. Schedule it daily for alerts.
