Workday Jobs Scraper
Get every open job from any Workday career site (*.myworkdayjobs.com and *.myworkdaysite.com) in one clean format. Give a career-site link or just a company name; the Actor finds the company's Workday site and returns each job with title, locations, country, remote/hybrid/office setting, pay range, posting date, requisition ID and the full description.
Use it to track who is hiring at large employers, build job boards and alerts, find sales leads from hiring signals, research salaries, or give an AI agent live jobs data.
What you get
- Any Workday site: NVIDIA, Salesforce and thousands of other employers use Workday for their careers pages.
- Sites over 2,000 jobs, complete. Workday's own search stops at 2,000 results; this Actor splits big sites into groups (by country, job category and so on) and merges them without duplicates.
- Every career site of an employer. Many employers have several Workday sites (main, internships, subsidiaries); all public ones are read and merged, up to 10.
- Pay ranges taken from the job description when the employer publishes one (e.g. "$172,500 - $260,100 annually" → min, max, currency, period).
- Remote / hybrid / office from Workday's own setting, plus country codes.
- Fast, filter-first. Title and date filters run before opening each posting, so you never wait for (or pay for) jobs you filter out.
- Respects robots.txt: only the career sites an employer marks as public are read.
- New-job alerts: schedule it daily and get only jobs that appeared since the last run.
Sample output
{"recordType": "job","id": "workday:salesforce:Senior-Manager--Software-Engineering_JR356609-1","provider": "workday","companyName": "Salesforce","title": "Senior Manager, Software Engineering - Slack Core Mobile","location": "Georgia - Atlanta","locations": ["Georgia - Atlanta", "New York - New York", "California - San Francisco"],"countryCode": "US","workplaceType": "hybrid","employmentType": "full-time","salaryMin": 172500,"salaryMax": 260100,"salaryCurrency": "USD","salaryPeriod": "year","salaryText": "USD 172,500–260,100 per year","postedAt": "2026-10-23T00:00:00.000Z","url": "https://salesforce.wd12.myworkdayjobs.com/Slack/job/Georgia---Atlanta/Senior-Manager--Software-Engineering_JR356609-1","requisitionId": "JR356609","description": "Slack on mobile is used by millions of people every week…","matchConfidence": "exact","isNew": true}
How to use it
- Add companies in Companies, one per line:
- a career-site link:
https://nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite(open the company's careers page, click "Search jobs" and copy the address) - a company name:
Salesforce workday:tenantorworkday:tenant/Site:workday:salesforce/Slack
- a career-site link:
- Optionally narrow the results with filters.
- Run it. Download as JSON, CSV or Excel, or connect to Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier or Make.
Tip: links are exact. A company name works when the employer's Workday name matches its brand; the Actor confirms it with the employer name Workday publishes and tells you how sure it is.
Good to know
- Workday has no department field, so the department filter does not apply to Workday jobs.
- Pay comes from the range written in the description; the first range is used (some postings add a second range for high-cost cities). "Flexible" office settings are mapped to
hybrid. - Workday needs one request per job for the full posting, so very large sites take a few minutes. Use title and date filters, or Max jobs per company, for quick runs.
Filters
All filters run before results are saved, so you only pay for jobs you keep.
| Filter | Example |
|---|---|
| Job title contains | engineer, sales (matches the start of words: "engineer" finds "Engineering Manager") |
| Job title does not contain | intern, senior |
| Location contains | London, Germany, Remote, US |
| Workplace type | Remote, Hybrid, On-site, Not stated |
| Department or team contains | Engineering, Sales (not available for Workday jobs) |
| Posted in the last N days | 7 |
| Only jobs that show a salary | on/off |
New jobs only (alerts)
Turn on Only new jobs since the last run and schedule the Actor (for example every morning). The first run returns everything and sets the baseline; later runs return only jobs that weren't there before. Every job also carries isNew and firstSeenAt. Use Watch list name to keep separate alert lists.
For AI agents and automations
- Every input has a sensible default except Companies, which is required.
- Results never come back empty without a reason: unmatched companies, missing boards, failed loads and "no jobs matched your filters" each produce a
recordType: "status"row with a plain-languagemessage. Status rows are free. - A run summary (per company: boards found, confidence, jobs found and saved, notes) is saved to the key-value store as
OUTPUT. matchConfidenceon every job:exact(you gave the link),high(found on the company's own website, or confirmed by the employer name the job system publishes),medium(board name equals the company name but could not be confirmed).

Pricing
Pay per result: $2.00 per 1,000 jobs saved, plus Apify's small per-run start fee. Filtered-out jobs and status records are free. Set a maximum cost per run in Apify Console and the Actor stops cleanly when it is reached.
More job systems
Need several job systems in one run? Career Site Jobs reads 10 job systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, Workable, Recruitee, Personio, Teamtailor and Breezy HR) with the same output format, and finds each company's board for you.
