Frequently Asked Questions

How do I find a company's Workday career site URL? Open the company's careers page and follow the link to its job listings. If the address bar shows a myworkdayjobs.com page, for example nvidia.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/NVIDIAExternalCareerSite, copy that whole address and paste it in. Add one URL per company you want to scrape.

How many jobs can it return per company? It returns every open role on the career site, which ranges from a few dozen to several thousand at large enterprises. Use Max Items to cap the total across all career sites when you only need a sample.

Can I scrape several companies in one run? Yes. Add multiple career site URLs and the scraper collects jobs from each one in turn, tagging every record with its company so you can tell them apart. The Max Items limit applies to the combined total.

Does it include the pay range? When an employer discloses a pay range on the posting, usually to comply with US pay transparency laws, it is captured in the payRange field. Many US roles at large companies include one. Roles without a disclosed range leave the field empty.

How do I filter to specific roles? Use the Search keyword field to have each career site return only jobs that match, for example "engineer", "remote" or "marketing". Leave it empty to return every open job.
