The README heading and the Actor title in the repository now match the Store title, "Rightmove, Zoopla & OnTheMarket UK Property Listings + Planning"; an independence statement (not affiliated with or endorsed by the portals) sits directly under the heading. The robots.txt paragraph says exactly what is checked and when the copies were taken (Rightmove 25 Sep 2026, OnTheMarket 27 Sep 2026); for Zoopla it describes the request forms the Actor sends. lastUpdatedAt is documented in the output table (Rightmove only). A line says image and floor-plan links are hosted by the portals or their content delivery networks. The planning-applications text says the copy is not being refreshed at the moment and the add-on answers unavailable without charge; "nightly" is removed from the README and the output schema descriptions, and the input schema notes that the add-on is currently unavailable. The planning constraints text now says the data comes from the government's planning data service and may be incomplete. No schema field changes. Output text change: planning.coverage.applicationsNote now begins "PlanIt copy (decisions on older applications can lag; see sourceUpdatedAt for how old each record is)" instead of "PlanIt mirror, copied nightly (decisions on older applications can lag; see sourceUpdatedAt)", so it no longer states a refresh cadence (the note is attached to every row that asked for applications, answered or not); the rest of the sentence is unchanged.
Residential proxy egress is now used only by runs started by the Actor owner's account, and only for Zoopla. Rightmove and OnTheMarket use only Apify's datacenter proxy in every run (their residential fallback is removed; a 403, 429, 503 or challenge is retried on the same proxy and then reported). In runs by other users Zoopla, which has no other egress, is not available at the moment: a run that asks for it, through portals or a pasted Zoopla URL, reports Zoopla as skipped in RUN_SUMMARY with the reason "Zoopla is not available at the moment", makes no Zoopla request and is not charged for it; portals now defaults to ["rightmove"] (it was Rightmove and Zoopla), so a run with no portals set searches Rightmove only; a run in which every item was skipped, for example a Zoopla-only run, ends as succeeded with RUN_SUMMARY.status set to refused, nothing pushed and no listings or add-ons charged, and the reason in the status message. Because such a run succeeds, it will not trigger a failure alert: check RUN_SUMMARY.status. listingType: "new-homes" with no locations and no search URL no longer runs the default for-sale London search: every selected portal is skipped with the reason, and the run ends the same way. Rightmove with listingType: "new-homes" and locations is now recorded as a skipped source with its reason, so such a run alone ends the same way instead of succeeding with no explanation. Zoopla's share of maxItems passes to the other portals. Nothing else changes.
