Japanese keywords? Yes — Kakaku is a Japanese site; both 炊飯器 and rice cooker return results. The scraper handles the site's Shift-JIS encoding for you, so text comes back clean.

What does one row represent? One product model (e.g. "iPhone 16"), with the lowest price aggregated across all shops that sell it — not individual shop listings.
