Is a Domclick account required? No. The actor extracts publicly available listing data.
Can I scrape all of Russia? Run separate searches per city/region. Each run targets one location with its own filters.
What are "apartments" (апартаменты) in the exclude filter?
In Russia, апартаменты have non-residential legal status — no permanent registration (прописка), higher utility bills. They look like regular flats but differ legally. The excludeApartments filter removes them.
How fast is it? ~1,000 listings within 10-20 seconds.
What's the AI renovation score? Each listing gets an AI-assigned renovation quality score (0–5 scale) with class IDs for quality and repair level. This data comes directly from Domclick's machine learning pipeline — useful for filtering by actual condition rather than seller claims.
What are photo classNames?
Photos are automatically classified: FromWindow (view from window), Territory (building grounds), Facade (building exterior), Plan (floor plan). Not all photos have a classification.
What's the difference between resale and new builds?
Resale listings (flat) are existing apartments from owners/agents. New builds include floor plans from developers, often for buildings still under construction. Control this with includeNewBuildings.
