Eventbrite Scraper - Efficient Event Data Extraction for Market Research, Lead Generation, and More
The Eventbrite Scraper lets you extract structured event data from Eventbrite at scale — for event lead generation, market research, competitive analysis, and building an event organizer list for any city or category. Each result includes detailed information such as:
- Event name
- Organizer details (name, profile, and optional website + social links)
- Event description
- Start and end dates
- Event images
- Tags, pricing, venue details, and more
With a user-friendly visual input, this tool is perfect for businesses, marketers, and event organizers who need clean event data to analyze event trends, aggregate listings, or generate leads — no app credentials or developer setup required.
Use Cases
1. Market Research
Businesses and event organizers can analyze trends in event types, locations, and attendance, allowing them to plan their own events more effectively.
2. Competitive Analysis
Scrape competitor event data, such as pricing, audience demographics, and popularity, to optimize your own strategies.
3. Event Aggregation
Integrate Eventbrite events into your platform or app, offering users a comprehensive list of events based on location, category, or user preferences.
4. Event Lead Generation

Especially useful for companies that sell services to event hosts — catering, ticketing, venues, marketing, and sponsorships. Pair with the Email Extractor to turn organizer websites into contact details.
5. Personalized Recommendations

8. Data Analysis for Trends
Scraping Eventbrite allows you to build large datasets that can be analyzed to identify growing categories, changing pricing trends, or the most popular event locations.
9. Attendance Monitoring
Monitor similar events in your niche to estimate potential attendance rates and demand for your own events.
Cost
This Actor uses pay-per-event pricing with tiered rates:
- No subscription - $0.02 per Event Scraped
- Bronze Tier - $0.015 per Event Scraped
- Silver Tier - $0.010 per Event Scraped
- Gold Tier - $0.005 per Event Scraped
Optional organizer enrichment (off by default) is billed separately at $0.015 per unique organizer enriched per run — you are only charged for it when you turn it on.
Apify's platform costs are included, so the total amount is totally predictable for you.
Input
The input for this Actor is highly flexible, allowing users to filter events by country, city, category and keyword.
- The country field is a dropdown menu that include all available countries from Eventbrite.
- The city field requires manual input but is resilient to common misspellings and variations. For example, "miami beach," "Miami," or "miami fl" will all correctly point to events in Miami.
- The category dropdown menu includes all standard categories used in eventbrite. Select "custom" to introduce your own keyword to search for events.
- The keyword field refers to the keyword needed to search for events when selecting the "custom" category.
- The price dropdown optionally restricts results to paid or free events. Leave it blank to include both.
- The startDate and endDate optional fields refer to the Start and End dates to search for events. You must specify none or both, it won't work if you only specify one of them.
- The enrichOrganizers toggle (off by default) adds each organizer's quality signals and social links to every event. It loads one extra page per unique organizer and is billed per unique organizer (see Cost).
Feel free to reach out if you need more advanced filtering options!
Output
The data is returned in JSON format, which is ideal for integration into analytics platforms, websites, or apps. Below is an example of the structured output you will receive:

Simplified Overview

Working with the data
Stable event ID. Every event has eventbrite_event_id — a durable Eventbrite ID that does not change between runs. Use it as your unique key for deduping or incremental syncing (no need to match on title + date + venue).
Location & coordinates. Each event's venue is in primary_venue, including primary_venue.address.latitude / longitude and a full address (localized_address_display, address_1, city, region, postal_code, country). For convenience these are also surfaced flat as top-level latitude, longitude, and venue_address. Online events have no physical venue (these fields are null).
Dates & time. start_date (YYYY-MM-DD), start_time (24-hour, local), end_date / end_time, and timezone (IANA, e.g. America/Los_Angeles). A combined ISO-8601 start_datetime (local wall-clock; pair with timezone) is also provided.
Cover image. The full image object is included, plus a flat image_url for direct/hot-linking.
Consistent schema. Optional fields (e.g. summary, image_url, the location fields) are always present — null when empty, never silently dropped — so CSV/Excel columns and downstream parsing stay stable across runs.
Filter paid vs free. Set the price input to paid or free (leave blank for all).
Organizer details. Turn on enrichOrganizers to add each organizer's website + social links (Instagram, LinkedIn, …) and quality signals. (Direct organizer email is not part of Eventbrite's data.)
How to Use
- Set your filters: Choose a country, city, and category using the user-friendly input interface.
- Run the Actor: Start the scraping process, and the Actor will fetch event data according to your specifications. Check Overview and All Fields tabs.
- Export Data: Once scraping is complete, export the data in JSON format for further analysis or integration.
Run it from AI agents (MCP & x402)
This Actor is available through the Apify MCP server, so AI agents and LLM apps can discover and run it as a tool — handy for building event-data assistants and automated lead-research workflows. It also supports x402 agentic payments: an agent can run it and pay per run with USDC on Base, with no Apify account required. The structured input and output schema make it straightforward for agents to call the Actor and parse the results.
FAQ
Why use this vs the Eventbrite API?
The official Eventbrite API is built for managing your own account's events — it requires app credentials / an OAuth token, is rate-limited, and does not give you a clean, searchable feed of other people's public events across a whole city or category. This Actor needs no credentials and no developer setup: you point it at a country, city, category, keyword, and date range and get back structured event data ready for analysis or export. It also returns enriched organizer details and consistent flat fields (latitude, longitude, venue_address, start_datetime, image_url) that the API does not expose in this form, so your CSV/Excel columns stay stable across runs.
How do I get a list of event organizers in a city?
Set the city (and optionally country, category, or keyword) and run the Actor. Every event carries its organizer, so the results give you a de-duplicated event organizer list for that location and timeframe. Each organizer includes a name and Eventbrite profile link, and you can use the stable primary_organizer_id to dedupe organizers across multiple runs.
Can I get organizer contact details?
Turn on the enrichOrganizers toggle to add each organizer's website and social links (Instagram, LinkedIn, and more) plus quality signals. Direct organizer email is not part of Eventbrite's data — to resolve emails and phone numbers, feed those organizer websites into the Email Extractor, which turns a list of websites into emails and phones.
What format is the output, and can I export to CSV/Excel?
Results are returned as JSON and can be exported to CSV, Excel, JSON, or XML, or pulled via API/integrations. Optional fields are always present (null when empty, never silently dropped), so downstream columns stay consistent across runs.
Can I filter by date, category, or price?
Yes. Filter by country, city, category, keyword, a startDate/endDate range, and paid vs free events. See the Input section for details.
Can I monitor or track Eventbrite events automatically?
Yes. Schedule the Actor to run on a recurring basis (daily or weekly) from the Apify console to monitor new events and track changes in your target city or category, keeping your event organizer list continuously up to date. Connect it to n8n, Make, Zapier, or webhooks to push fresh event data straight into your own tools.
What are the alternatives to the Eventbrite Scraper?
The common alternatives are the official Eventbrite API (needs app credentials, is rate-limited, and only covers your own account's events), manual copy-paste from the site, or other Eventbrite scrapers. This Actor is purpose-built for pulling public events across a whole country, city, category, and date range with no credentials — plus optional organizer enrichment and a consistent flat schema, so your CSV/Excel exports stay stable across runs.
