Limitations — read before buying

  • A browser is required, so this Actor runs on the Playwright image. That is not a design choice: measured on 2026-10-17, a plain HTTP request returns 20 listings with priceString: null for every one of them, and a browser returns 28 cards, 28 priced. The prices simply are not in the HTML.
  • Airbnb only. Booking.com answers with a challenge page; Google Travel renders its results client-side.
  • Prices depend on the dates. Airbnb picks a date range when none is given; set nights to control it, and compare runs only on the same range.
  • No occupancy figure. Airbnb's demandIndicator is not exposed on the search cards, and it is deliberately not converted into an occupancy percentage — the mapping is not published.
  • isSuperhost is a badge, not a score. Where the badge is absent it is false, which may mean "not currently a superhost" rather than "never was".
  • Cards load lazily; increase scrolls for more listings at the cost of time.
