I had a case (e.g. in URL https://www.tiktok.com/@spiritteam771 - but inconsistently) in which the scraper returned followers=null and following=null - but only for some of the video json in the array.
See the run I attached here, out of the 61 results, I got 20 times "following": null and 41 times "following": 429. and

As indicated from my message, this is indeed a temporary error. So far it happened at least 1 time out of ~680 runs (around 0.15%).
So it is a low priority bug, but definitely a bug... The only reproduction steps I can provide are to try it several thousand times... but probably your code can be improved to avoid such cases.
