If I fetch the same video object in multiple runs, sometimes data["video"]["thumbnail"] is a JPEG file, and sometime it is a HEIC file.
This is for the exact same video fetched in different runs of the actor.

The Clockworks actor (https://console.apify.com/actors/0FXVyOXXEmdGcV88a) always returns the images as JPEG.

Unfortunately in our actor this is not the case. We are returning raw TikTok data which can be JPEG and can be HEIC sometimes.
