I've had problems with the API all day, it tells me there are 10 results and there is nothing in the response.
I have thousands of null results and I can charge them.

I don't see that we are breaking the rules:
- We don't search for real-time data, we search for old tweets
- We don't have date filters that limit the period of tweets.
- We don't search for tweets by a direct url.
- We do general text searches and have a limit of 1000 results.
Your answer does not respond to the charged executions with no results. We have more than 28000 charged results with 0 results.
