Best way to retrieve all tweets from a specific author?

I see from reading previous issues that the best way to retrieve all of the tweets from a specific author is to use the since and until words via the Search Terms options. I also know that Twitter limits results to about 800.
Therefore, what is the best way to retrieve all tweets for a specific author, going back about 5 years? This account posts about 50-100 tweets per day. So, do I need to do a run with a since and until search, one per week, for the past 5 years? Is there a better way? Thanks.

The best option that you can use would be splitting your request into multiple chunks and trying to create multiple streams as you mentioned. If you think the account is posting 50-100 tweets a day, I think weekly chunks would work.
