Clarification on query limitations and user count in search terms

Hello,

I'm using your Twitter scraper tool and I have a question regarding the query limitations mentioned in the documentation.

The rules state that we can have 'max 5 queries batched' and need to 'fetch at least 50 tweets per query'. I'm wondering if it's allowed to include more than 5 users in a single 'from:' clause within one search term.

For example, would a search term like this be compliant with your rules?

(from:user1 OR from:user2 OR from:user3 OR from:user4 OR from:user5 OR from:user6) -filter:replies since:2024-12-01 until:2024-12-31

This is still a single search term, but includes more than 5 users. Does this count as one query or multiple queries? Would this be allowed, and if so, how many tweets would I need to fetch to meet the minimum requirement?

I want to ensure I'm using the tool correctly and adhering to all guidelines. Thank you for your clarification on this matter."

Hello,

This is allowed and it will count as a single query.

Cheers

I ran it this way, queried multiple accounts and added a time filter, but the time filter did not take effect and caused a chargeback until my account was in arrears, which I expect until the cause is known and I am refunded. run id DpfHViYVva8UQO7La

Hello,

When I check the run, I cannot see any issues. It went through Twitter and run your query with it and got back you the results. Are you sure that this combination will work with Twitter queries? Have you tried it on web? Have you checked their documentation? There are lots of different rules with this kind of complex queries (length, combinations, etc) and we don't know much about them.

Please refer to these official/non-official documentations to learn more about Twitter queries, it's limits and how to use them.

Cheers
