why charging for empty/demo results?

WTF #2 ? why do you charge for demo results? It's credits on my account (free or not). You either provide results and charge or do not provide results and do not charge, is it not?
P.S. you would save tons time for other devs if you return something more meaningful rather than 'demo results'
