Few results no matter what parameters used

Hi,
First off I can see that this is a common question so I'm sorry for posting about it again, I've tried some of the things suggested in other issues but am getting no luck. All my runs have either around 100 results (stop searching after the fifth page) or about 40 results. I've tried a variety of parameters, from using only a start url to only a search term to only a handle, all with a very high max number of items on output, but nothing's giving me much data. I'm trying to scrape all the non-media tweets for specific users.

As mentioned in the Run logs, we prioritize our subscribed users due to the high spam/abusive traffic. To achieve this, we integrated the Demo Mode. In the Demo Mode, the users who are not subscribed can only retrieve a maximum of 100 tweets. Also, they are not able to use our actor via API.
