Seems like you are not following the terms of the actor and got auto rate-limited. You are doing too many calls, your average tweet/query rate is around ~4 which needs to be min 50. Even in the example run, you set maxItems as 20 and looks like you are doing monitoring activities.

All rules are explained in the documentation/readme. You can have max 1 concurrent runs with max 5 queries batched. You should have a couple of minutes between your runs as well.
