The API is returning nothing and counting as 10

Hello team,
I'm using the API for the service at https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/apidojo~tweet-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items. Recently, I noticed it hasn’t been returning any results, but it is returning a count of 10 results.
For instance, with the parameters below, it used to work and return posts from the account @jairbolsonaro (which exist and are not RTs). However, it’s now only returning the following: [ {"noResults": true }, {"noResults": true }, {"noResults": true }, {"noResults": true }, {"noResults": true }, {"noResults": true }, {"noResults": true }, {"noResults": true }, {"noResults": true }, {"noResults": true } ]
Even the example on the API page isn’t returning results; it’s giving the same count of 10 empty results.
What’s going on and how to solve this? (Also, how should we proceed regarding the request charges, as the API returned 10 empty results for these?)

Please refer to the Log of your run. Seems like you were doing monitoring activities and got ratelimitted by our actor. I can also see it in your screenshot. Monitoring activities are not allowed as stated in the documentation https://apify.com/apidojo/tweet-scraper#important-note.
