Recently i run the scraper to obtain 10 results, when i see the results i note that all comments results are set to 0 and the field isCommentsAllowed always return false when the comments are allowed in the video and every video has more than 0 comments

I believe you are using the wrong actor. This actor doesn't fetch the comments, you need to use https://apify.com/apidojo/youtube-comments-scraper in order to fetch comments.

Hi, im using both, but in this actor i want to know the total number of comments before i use the comment scraper. The channel that i scrape has every video with more than 0 comments and comments are allowed, but the scrapper returns me all videos with 0 comments and the parameter isCommentsAllowed in false. Thanks!
