Missing captions

We have noticed that the captions object is missing in most of the scraped videos although the captions URL and the captions themselves are usually present on all YT videos. Specifically, on our last 100 runs captions objects weren't null only in 24.5% of all the scraped videos.
There also were multiple cases when the same video had captions in one run and did not in the other run, which seems like a bug. We have attached the run example that had all the captions missing.
For our use case, it's critical to have the captions available. Can you please explain the issue and give an ETA when it can be fixed?
