I have no idea what this error message means or what I should do about it. I was trying to crawl a long list of facebook events (275 facebook pages). I've successfully run shorter lists (44 facebook pages) so I'm guessing the size is the problem...?

Sorry for late reply, the issue with one or few URLs which do not fit any valid patterns. We working on a fix, meanwhile please review your URLs list and make sure that in all cases events section is referenced, not page root or something else

As you can see in logs WARN Invalid https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61555939658465 url format - means URL must point to exact event section (or search). New version safely skipping logically incorrect URLs.
