Public facing FB profiles not always scraping

I've submitted a handful of FB profiles that are public facing but when I go to run them, I get: This content isn't available because the owner only shared it with a small group of people or changed who can see it, or it's been deleted. This is not true. How do I get around this?

Hi!

Public means "available without login", you should check in incognito browser, because owner can limit access by some condition and after that access without login not available because condition for access evaluated based on Facebook profile of the visitor.

Please check two screens attached: https://www.facebook.com/dew.1973 content displayed for logged FB user (icon in top right), but in incognito browser it leads to error as you seen in actors output
