Why is the response body blank 4 out of 10 tries?

The actor response > body is returned as an empty array 4 out of 10 times. Please find the actor run response below :

When I retry the same, it gives me the correct response. Is there a reason for this inconsistency? Am I doing something wrong while triggering the actor?
