I am trying to scrape Instagram data to run an observational study. However, the scraped data is not reliably the same every time, even if scraping the same user profiles. I am more than willing to pay for more than $5 worth of data if the data is reliable, but I am concerned that it is missing data. Additionally, the URLs to the videos and images expire too soon, so I am unable to download them before the links expire.

In your run https://console.apify.com/view/runs/bTTxeiHsYJKnqJ5Mb you scraping big list of profiles, getting 50 posts per each, so difference in posts might be just because new content was posted in between your runs. If you have direct example when posts per profile are different without changes in profile feed, please let us know. Otherwise actor works as expected.
Media URLs protected by Instagram and we can not change it. If you would like to keep media files please download them and host somewhere.
