Refund Request: Duplicate / Unauthorized runs

Hello! Only through the UI. I’ve never interacted with webhooks or the API.

That's weird, as I can see runs on your account originating from webhooks. We will investigate this issue futher, and if we find that those are indeed runs made without your consent, we will of course refund those charges :)

Yeah I saw that too. I know I tried setting up google drive connection a few months ago but have used the scraper many times since then and haven't ran into this issue.

Do you know how long this will take to determine the issue? Id like to use the scraper but I'm maxed out limit now and I am a bit worried I have something wrong with my account haha.

Hi Jakub -- Any update here?

Hello, upon investigating your account, we discovered that a Google Drive integration you set up is causing "infinite" runs. It is named "Unnamed" and runs an Instagram actor each time an Instagram actor succeeds, which results in the mentioned "infinite" runs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue a refund, as it's more of an user error than an issue on our side. We would advise you to disable the integration to prevent futher infinite runs :)

Can you please confirm the date that the google integration was set up?

I remember setting this up long ago before I saw this issue and the integration didn't work so I thought nothing of it.

It seems there were changes internally to Apify's system that caused this to start happening recently which I was not notified of.

Please let me know when the google integration was initially set up and when this duplicate run began occurring. I trust a more thorough investigation will prove this to be true but if you find otherwise please share those timestamps and runs with me so I can put these concerns to rest and continue using Apify knowing this was indeed user error vs the system changing and causing overcharges.
