WTF you're charging by number of results and then ignoring my maximum? Are you kidding?

I set the maximum to 20 results. I log back in and it's charged my account $50 because you repeatedly ignored the limits I set. WTF is this bullshit
Hey there, This parameter is automatically configured by Apify and I have no access to it as a developer who build scrapers. To support your request, I went ahead and added a new param called "Max results" Where you can limit the number of results. It's live and ready to use.
I truly apologize for the outcome and wish I was able to prevent it. I'm adding a screenshot of the newly added parameter
APIFY support says you need to issue a refund.

I have no access to the list of users who used my actor and don't have a refund button. The only thing they show me is estimated profit and payout so I'm not sure how to address "They will also provide reimbursement for any incorrect usage".
