Collect data from exact public Zara product URLs: price and currency, color, published sizes and stock words, description, composition and real product images when available. Use it for fashion product research, price comparison and catalogue enrichment. No Zara login or external API key is required.

Quick start

{"productUrls":["https://www.zara.com/us/en/voluminous-seam-mini-dress-p07874444.html"],"maxProducts":1,"maxConcurrency":1}

Run, then read Dataset, SUMMARY and ERRORS. Export useful products to JSON, CSV or Excel. Console prefill shows a small product example; API {} or productUrls: [] intentionally collects nothing. Products can leave the catalogue, so a once-valid example can later fail without creating a result event.

Inputs

Only zara.com/COUNTRY/LANGUAGE/product-pNNNNNNNN.html product URLs are supported. v1 selects a colour variant and is preserved; tracking parameters are removed. Country, language, product reference and variant form the deduplication key. Different slugs for the same key collapse. Separate country stores and explicitly different variants remain separate inputs. Credentials, arbitrary/private hosts, category and search pages are rejected.

Up to 1,000 inputs are accepted. maxProducts caps unique valid products (default 100, maximum 1,000). maxConcurrency is 1–10, default 3; timeout is the per-product source budget, 30–300 seconds, default 120. Start with concurrency 1–2.

Choose fields with extractName, extractPrice, extractOriginalPrice, extractDescription, extractCategory, extractColor, extractSizes, extractMaterial, extractReference, extractAvailability and extractImage. All default to true. Disabled fields are omitted. At least one data field must be enabled; reference/URL alone is insufficient to substantiate useful extraction. Original price and category can be null when absent from the supported source. Missing original price does not establish that no sale exists.

Output and completeness

One Dataset row represents one requested product and selected colour variant. Identity is matched to the exact country, language and product reference. An explicit v1 must match the published variant. With no v1, the first primary variant in source order is used; the Actor does not expand every colour into separate rows. Recommended products are excluded and placeholder images are removed.

Available fields include productName, price, priceValue, currency, description, color, sizes, sizeAvailability, material, reference, availability, imageUrl and productUrl. Identity metadata (productReference, variantId, country, language, identityValidated) is always included. sizeAvailability contains the published size, SKU, price, currency and stock word; it does not provide stock quantity or physical-store inventory.

observedAt records retrieval time, source identifies the public Zara page structured data, and freshnessVerified is false. Retrieval is on demand, but source cache age and current stock are not independently verified. Selected fields absent from the source are null and listed in missingFields; do not convert missing values into zero or a fabricated status.

SUMMARY reports requested, duplicate, rejected, capped, attempted, delivered and failed counts, completeness and status. ERRORS contains free validation/source failures with safe codes. Dataset contains only useful successful profiles; failed/empty/error rows are never written to it. A partial run can say SUCCEEDED, so review SUMMARY.complete. All source failures with no useful output fail the run. Missing products, regional restrictions and Zara protection changes can prevent collection.

This Actor looks up supplied product pages. It does not implement keyword search, category pagination, whole-catalogue discovery, persistent price alerts or checkout/store-stock verification. Schedule small recurring URL runs externally for price research and compare available values yourself.

Pricing

$3 per 1,000 useful product rows, plus the Apify start event of $0.00005 per GB, minimum one start event. Automatic apify-default-dataset-item charges correspond only to successful useful Dataset rows; errors, duplicates and capped inputs create no result events. Empty and failed runs can still incur the start event and resource usage. Check live Pricing for active resource terms; a scheduled future change is not an active tariff.

API and MCP

Permanent Actor ID: pAco5LHcvbBFhmXOc; Store name: apivault_labs/zara-product-scraper.

curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/pAco5LHcvbBFhmXOc/runs" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $APIFY_TOKEN" -H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"productUrls":["https://www.zara.com/us/en/voluminous-seam-mini-dress-p07874444.html"],"maxProducts":1,"maxConcurrency":1}'

Creation is asynchronous. Poll the returned run ID, then read defaultDatasetId and SUMMARY/ERRORS from defaultKeyValueStoreId. See the Actor API.

Hosted Apify MCP tool: apivault_labs--zara-product-scraper. Example agent prompt: “Run this Zara product URL with maxProducts=1 and maxConcurrency=1. Wait for completion, read Dataset, SUMMARY and ERRORS with get-dataset-items/get-key-value-store-record, then report its identity, source price/currency and published size availability. Explain missing fields and freshness limits.” API/MCP require Apify authentication. Check useful rows and completeness before comparing stores or creating a merchandising feed.
