Major issue with timing out.

I generally have issues with this actor hanging and taking a long time. I noted that about a month ago the average time for a run had risen by quite a bit.
That said, yesterday I had two runs that that took over an hour and cost almost six dollars together.
This unpredictability causes a bunch of problems both in terms of timing and cost, and makes it difficult for me to reliability build on top of this.
Can we add a timeout at perhaps 10 minutes or something?
