Your problem is chunck size, il you want 40 visitor in same time you need to set more RAM tou your actor execution, 4G is to low (10 visitors / 4Gb ram)

I did a test and the actor works fine

And it is not necessary to put several urls if you choose crawler because we will detect and visit all the pages of the site :)
