QR code wont scan

Tried as directed from fulls logs page and the black background page, neither would activate in the telegram app.
I only got option to link desktop though, not a new device...
Please go to log tab and then click on view all log button then scan QR code by telegram mobile app

Just nothing happens, I open the app, click on ‘add destop device’ - the only option it offers - then point camera the your qr code but nothing happens, i tried zooming in and out, fitting exactly into the box,etc but it doesnt respond at all…
Hard to film it as Im using the mobile phone to try and scan the code...
In log tab please check "view all log" button..just click on this then scan.
