Extract job postings from MyCareersFuture, Singapore's official government job portal (over 1.9 million active postings). No login, no browser: title, salary range, employer with its UEN, skills and full description, read straight from the site's own public API.

What you can do with it

  • Search Singapore's official job board directly. Any keyword MyCareersFuture's own search accepts.
  • Benchmark Singapore wages. salary.minimum/maximum kept as numbers, with the pay period (Monthly, Hourly...), whenever a posting discloses one.
  • Verify the hiring employer. company.uen is the business's official Unique Entity Number.
  • Feed a job alert or aggregator. A stable id and canonical url per posting for deduplication across runs.

Input

FieldWhat it does
keywordJob title or skill, for example engineer. Empty means the newest postings.
maxItemsThe run stops once this many postings are saved (default 50).
includeDescriptionsFetch each posting's own page for the full description (one extra request per posting).

Example input:

{
"keyword": "engineer",
"maxItems": 50,
"includeDescriptions": true
}

Output

One record per posting:

{

"title": "Preschool Reading & Writing Teacher",

"hiringCompany": null,

"categories": ["Education and Training"],

}

Export the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel, or read it through the Apify API.

Why this one

  • Official UEN on every employer, useful for verifying a hiring company without an extra lookup.
  • Structured salary, not buried in free text. salary.minimum/maximum/type are numbers whenever the posting discloses a pay range.
  • No browser, no proxy, no API key. MyCareersFuture's search is the same public JSON API its own front end calls.

Good to know

  • Without a keyword, MyCareersFuture's own API does not paginate past its first page, so a keyword-less run returns its newest ~20 postings; set a keyword for a larger harvest.
  • Some postings are filed by a licensed employment agency. Singapore law requires the agency to sign off with its licence number and the personal registration number of the individual consultant handling the role; that whole closing block, along with any loose e-mail address, is removed from description.
  • hiringCompany is only set when an agency posts on behalf of a named client company; most postings have none.
  • This is an unofficial tool, not affiliated with the Government of Singapore or MyCareersFuture. Check the site's terms and the data protection rules that apply to your use.

FAQ

Does it need a browser or a proxy?
No. The Actor reads MyCareersFuture's own public JSON API directly.

Does it work without keyword?
Yes, for a quick productive sample of the newest postings. For a larger harvest (hundreds or thousands of results), set a keyword: MyCareersFuture's own API only paginates past its first page when one is given.

Can I get the data in Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Export the dataset as CSV, Excel or JSON from the Apify console, or connect the Apify Google Sheets integration.
