• The number of properties to scrape data. Default is 5.

maxConcurrency

This property allows you to set the maximum number of concurrent requests. Default is 5. More concurrent requests needs more memory!

apartments

• Boolean value, set it true if you want to search for apartments. Default: true

houses

• Boolean value, set it true if you want to search for houses. Default: true

studioApartments

• Boolean value, set it true if you want to search for studio apartments (kitnet). Default: true

condominiumHouses

• Boolean value, set it true if you want to search for condominium houses. Default: true

Area Filters

minArea

• Minimum property area in square meters (m²)
• If not specified, defaults to 20 m²

maxArea

• Maximum property area in square meters (m²)
• If not specified, defaults to 10,000 m²

Price Filters

minPrice

• Minimum property price in Brazilian Reais (R$)
• For searchType: "rent" - monthly rent amount
• For searchType: "buy" - total sale price
• If not specified, defaults to 0

maxPrice

• Maximum property price in Brazilian Reais (R$)
• For searchType: "rent" - monthly rent amount
• For searchType: "buy" - total sale price
• If not specified, defaults to 20,000,000

rentValueType (rent only)

Type of rent value to filter. Only applies when searchType: "rent"

• total - includes rent + condominium + IPTU (default)
• rentOnly - filters only by base rent value

minCondoPrice (buy only)

• Minimum condominium fee + IPTU in Brazilian Reais (R$)
• Only applies when searchType: "buy"
• If not specified, defaults to 0

maxCondoPrice (buy only)

• Maximum condominium fee + IPTU in Brazilian Reais (R$)
• Only applies when searchType: "buy"
• If not specified, defaults to 15,000

Rooms and Spaces

minBedrooms

• Minimum number of bedrooms
• Setting to 1 means 1+ bedrooms, 2 means 2+ bedrooms, etc.

minBathrooms

• Minimum number of bathrooms (range from 1 to 4)
• Setting to 2 will search for properties with 2, 3, or 4 bathrooms

minGarages

• Minimum number of parking/garage spaces (range from 1 to 3)
• Setting to 1 will search for properties with 1, 2, or 3 parking spaces

minSuits

• Minimum number of suites/master bedrooms
• Setting to 1 means 1+ suites, 2 means 2+ suites, etc.

Amenities and Features

furnished

• Filter by furnished status
• furnished - only furnished properties
• unfurnished - only unfurnished properties
• both - no filter (default)

closeToSubway

• Filter properties close to subway/metro stations
• yes - only properties near subway
• no - only properties not near subway
• both - no filter (default)

acceptPets (rent only)

Filter by pet acceptance. Only applies when searchType: "rent"

• yes - only pet-friendly properties
• no - only properties that don't accept pets
• both - no filter (default)

availability (rent only)

Filter by property availability. Only applies when searchType: "rent"

• available - immediately available properties
• soon - properties available soon
