Check JSON-LD across multiple public URLs for missing fields, invalid formats, absent schema types, and conflicting markup. Submit a URL list, sitemap, or public CSV and export one consolidated QA report.

Supported types include Product, Article, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Recipe, VideoObject, MerchantReturnPolicy, and OfferShippingDetails.

This Actor does not reproduce Google's Rich Results Test and does not guarantee indexing, eligibility, ranking, or rich-result display.

What it checks

  • Input from urls, sitemapUrl, or public csvUrl
  • Optional targetTypes: Product, Article, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Recipe, VideoObject, MerchantReturnPolicy, OfferShippingDetails
  • Default type mode: check every supported type detected on each reachable page
  • Optional monitor mode for repeated runs: type disappearance, newly missing required fields, and new warning/critical structured-data signals
  • Required and recommended property signals from the documented Google structured-data pages where current docs exist
  • FAQPage is caveated: Google removed FAQ rich result documentation in June 2026, so FAQPage output is a mechanical schema-shape signal, not current Google rich-result eligibility
  • MerchantReturnPolicy and OfferShippingDetails checks are type/property-presence diagnostics only; they do not read, judge, or certify policy terms, rates, delivery promises, or compliance
  • Format signals such as ISO-like dates, ISO 4217 currency codes, numeric prices, supported availability values, HTTP image/author/item URLs, and breadcrumb positions
  • sd.type_absent when an explicitly selected type is not found
  • sd.multiple_conflicting when duplicate same-type nodes disagree on key values

Findings

Each finding includes:

  • severity
  • confidence
  • evidence
  • caveat
  • source URL with query strings redacted
  • Google documentation references where applicable

Primary finding IDs include:

  • sd.missing_required.<type>.<field>
  • sd.missing_recommended.<type>.<field>
  • sd.invalid_format.<field>
  • sd.type_absent
  • sd.multiple_conflicting
  • sd.type_disappeared
  • sd.required_now_missing
  • sd.new_error_appeared

Boundaries

This is an informational diagnostic tool for public pages. It does not certify structured data, reproduce Google validation, promise rich-result display, promise eligibility, improve rankings, promise indexing, or represent Google Search Console.

The scanner inspects static HTML JSON-LD. It does not render JavaScript and does not evaluate private, login-gated, CAPTCHA-gated, or non-public pages.

Monitor mode compares compact scanner-visible signals against the latest saved baseline. It does not store page bodies or JSON-LD bodies, and it excludes JobPosting drift because that is handled by the dedicated JobPosting Expiry Monitor.

Billing note

Pay-per-event billing is based on reachable URLs only. Unreachable pages are reported as findings, but they are not counted as checked URLs.
