Agoda Review Data You Can Collect

• Every review Agoda shows for a hotel: Agoda's own guest reviews from the first one to the latest, the Booking.com reviews Agoda displays, and reviews from partner sites such as Japanican and Priceline. Each review appears once.
• The review itself: score on a 10-point scale with its band and label, title, full text, and for Booking.com reviews the separate "liked" and "disliked" text.
• Who stayed and when: guest name and country, traveler type (couple, solo, family, group, business), room type, check-in and check-out dates, nights, stay month.
• Languages and translations: the language a review was written in, and when Agoda translated it, the translation and the original side by side.
• Photos and replies: guest photos with category, helpful votes, and the hotel's reply with its date.
• A hotel row (on by default): overall, Agoda, Booking.com and partner scores and review counts, how many reviews fall in each rating band, sub-scores such as cleanliness and location with the city average, scores and sub-scores per traveler type, review topics with positive and negative shares, recent scores, address, coordinates, star rating, description, photos, facilities, check-in times, guest and child policies, restaurants and breakfast, nearby airports, stations and landmarks with distances, and Agoda awards.
• Room offers (optional): every rate on sale for your dates with price per night, total with taxes, cancellation terms, breakfast, benefits and discount, in US dollars, plus the guests each rate is priced for, room photos, amenities, bed layout and the room's own guest score.

Paste Agoda hotel links, Agoda hotel ids or hotel names into Hotels and start the run. Any language version of a hotel page works, and so do review-page links. A name is used only when it points to exactly one property; add the city when the name is common ("The Fullerton Hotel Singapore").

Does Agoda have an official API for reviews?

Agoda runs partner and affiliate programs but no open API for guest reviews. This actor returns them as structured data without an Agoda account.

Do I need an Agoda account or cookies?

No. You only need an Apify account.

Does it include the Booking.com reviews shown on Agoda?

Yes, on by default, together with partner sites such as Japanican and Priceline. Use providers to keep only some sources. Agoda shows Booking.com reviews from roughly the last three years. To read Booking.com's own pages, use Booking.com Reviews.

How many reviews can I collect from one hotel?

All of them. There is no per-hotel cap; Marina Bay Sands returned 27,153 reviews in one run. Agoda's total review counts also include score-only reviews without text, which Agoda does not show as reviews; the hotel row's agodaCommentCount is the number with text.

Why does a small limit on a very large hotel take a while?

To return exactly the first reviews by your sort order, the actor reads the hotel's whole review list and then selects. On the largest hotels, with tens of thousands of reviews, that takes a minute or two even for a limit of 10. You are charged only for the reviews returned.

Can I get the original text of translated reviews?

Yes. title and text are in your chosen edition's language where Agoda translated them; originalTitle and originalText hold the guest's own words, language the original language and isTranslated whether a translation was applied.

What input should I use for the most accurate match?

The hotel's Agoda link or numeric hotel id always matches exactly. Names work when they point to one property; add the city for common names. An ambiguous or unknown name returns a free row asking for the link instead of guessing.

What happens if one hotel fails in a multi-hotel run?

The other hotels still complete. The hotel that could not be read gets a free row explaining what to do.

How fresh is the data?

Each run reads Agoda at run time, so new reviews are included as soon as Agoda shows them.
