Missing data/videos from sounds

Hi, I'm sure you already know this, but there are videos missing when I'm scraping a sound on TikTok through your sound scraper. When I check TikTok sounds on my phone, I can see all the videos in a sound, but on the web there is data/videos missing. Is there anyway you can fix this?
Hi, thanks for reaching out. Can I ask in which format would you like to have the videos in the output? At the moment there are URLs of the videos using the sound from the input, as most of the users work with them after. But we're always open to suggestions on how to improve the Actors, so please specify how it would work better for you. Thanks!

It would be advantageous to summarize the data from all of the the videos into a comprehensive summary, facilitating more effective presentation of statistics to our clients. For example, if a sound encompasses 3000 videos, and our objective is to demonstrate the combined likes, shares, comments, bookmarks, and views from all these videos, we could indicate that the total number of likes, for instance, amounts to 4,000,000 and the same with comments, views, bookmarks and shares. Implementing a straightforward method for summarizing the overall engagement of a sound would significantly enhance our ability to communicate with our clients. While this may require gathering larger quantities of videos, if possible, it could prove valuable to marketing firms and influencer marketing initiatives.

thanks for your input - unfortunately adding a summary option within the output of the Actor is not a priority for us at the moment. The statistics and other data analysis is usually done after the scraping, and there are better tools for that than we can provide. We are good at providing the datasets though. Hope it's understandable.
The first question remains unaswered then - the missing videos, could you please provide us an example run or a format of the video you'd like to see in the output?

I don't have this scraper right now so I can't provide a example run. But try this: Do a run here on Apify of a TikTok sound, look at the top videos or any video that your scraper shows. Now go on TikTok on the mobile app and you will see that there is videos missing here on Apify. TikTok on the web does not show all the videos in a sound, TIkTok on the mobile does. The missing data is a problem on the web.

I took a look at your runs for an example, and the links with videos seem to be the same amount on mobile app as well as on the web browser in incognito mode on my computer:
e.g. https://www.tiktok.com/music/Toxic-Som-Mig-7319601559057827841 has 7 256 posts on browser and 7256 on mobile, or https://www.tiktok.com/music/Duktig-Tjej-7341506102590933792 has 1608 posts on browser and 1608 posts on mobile.
On the first look the videos are sorted out differently, so that might be the reason why there are some visible on the mobile app that are not in same order on web browser on computer.
However, the Scraper has it's limitations regarding the amount you can scrape, it has many variables to it and may cause the results to fluctuate case by case. There’s no one-size-fits-all-use-cases number. The maximum number of results may vary depending on the complexity of the input, location, and other factors. Some of the most frequent cases are:
- the website gives a different number of results depending on the type/value of the input
- the website has an internal limit that no scraper can cross
- the scraper has a limit that we are working on improving
Therefore, while we regularly run Actor tests to keep the benchmarks in check, the results may also fluctuate without our knowing.
The Actor is set to pay per result - so you don't have to rent it to use it, you pay only for the results you can get. So you can try it anytime.
