This is an infrastructure Actor. It accepts signed failure, timeout, and abort callbacks from CodePerfection's customer runs and stores minimal incident records in its private default key-value store. It does not scrape data, read customer inputs, or retain tweet outputs. The source is hidden, the request is HMAC-bound to the originating run, and the receiver confirms terminal status through the CodePerfection Apify API token stored as an Actor secret.
The Standby endpoint is public at the gateway so customer API tokens can reach it. The application rejects requests without a valid per-run signature. A public gateway endpoint does not make incident records public.
