49$ and zero results - Can i get a refund?

Hello I was using Google Maps Scraper actor earlier, it didnt give me any results and charged 49 USD with an error Actor aborted - platform reached the maximum usage for the given billing cycle. This should be some error because i didnt get any results but charged. Can you put back my credits please, i want to run some other actor
Hi! I have looked at your run. You wanted to scrape places in Australia, but you also put in places in England. That is why your run was so long, and you got 0 results. I hope that makes it clear. Take care.

Hello Alexander, Perhaps you made a wrong analysis, all the places i put it on search was United Kingdom, I didn't put any Australia links there, even i did what's wrong with scraping multiple regions at once? It really didnt make it clear, you dismissed my refund request as well.

Hi, in "countryCode" you have "au" for Australia and in "state": "New South Wales" which is also in Australia.
That's why it didn't look for places in England.

I see, that must have stayed there from earlier run, I probably didn't realize because i was using manual mode. Dont you guys have some error or fallback mechanism for that except spending limit? I mean i got 0 results and spend $49. Can you at least give that credit back as a bonus or something so i can run this actor this time more carefully?
