The totalUsage in USD is missing in the API response

Hello, since the price change the totalUsage in US Dollar is missing in the API response for GetRun. This was useful for our purposes as we could simply fall back on this variable to write this to our systems when the run was finished.
Now only the events are in there with a pricing. So we would have to calculate the total cost ourselves, which is cumbersome.
Perhaps the totalUsage can be reintroduced?
